Artwork Information
Artworks displayed on the Site can be delivered worldwide. Prices are shown in GB pounds sterling The price charged to your credit card will be made in GB pounds. We have tried to accurately display the colours of art items on the Site. However, the colours you see will depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitors display will be accurate.
Typographical Errors
In the event an art item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Norwich Studio Art Gallery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an art item listed at the incorrect price. Norwich Studio Art Gallery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or Paypal Account charged. If your credit card or Paypal has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Norwich Studio Art Gallery shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or refund in the amount of the incorrect transaction.

Prices are shown in British pounds with the US dollar equivalent in brackets Internet security is ensured via 128-t encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software. All credit card transactions go through various fraud verification procedures to ensure security Most of the art items are unique. As soon as they are sold, they are gone. It is a question of first come, first served. Shipping is via Federal Express, UPS or Parcelforce . Orders are usually confirmed within 3 working days by email or telephone and shipping arrangements confirmed.
Delivery cost
The Delivery rates do not include any additional costs eg import duties etc which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns policy
If an artwork arrives defective or damaged, you will be re-imbursed for the full value of the product, provided you notify Norwich Studio Art Gallery as soon as possible (within 5 days of arrival). You must return the damaged product to Norwich Studio Art Gallery. On receipt you will be refunded the full price of the item plus the cost of the return shipping. If you decide you don't like an item and you want to return it, you will receive a full refund of the price, less the cost of shipping the item to you. You must also pay for the return shipping of the item to Norwich Studio Art Gallery.
Why do I need an account to place an order on your site? Your account will allow you to view your order history, showing previous orders you have placed using your account as well as order status so you can see if your order has shipped. If applicable, you will be able to get your tracking number for your orders. Norwich Studio Art Gallery never gives or sells client information to any other individual or company. Your privacy is absolutely ensured. Norwich Studio Art Gallery ships anywhere in the world. Please note that you may be charged import duties into some jurisdictions.
